What is this sculpture made of?
The primary material is plaster, and it can also function as an aromatherapy diffuser stone. The base is crafted from high-quality plaster powder, ensuring a finer texture, greater hardness, and enhanced resistance to chipping or damage. For the painting, we use premium pigments that deliver vibrant colors, smooth brushstrokes, strong adhesion, and excellent durability.
What are the photo requirement?
A front-facing photo is mandatory. However, providing photos from multiple angles allows us to create a hand-painted portrait that will be more accurate and resemble your pet more closely. To ensure the best result for your custom portrait, we kindly request clear, high-definition photos without any filters, taken in natural lighting. For detailed photo requirements, please refer to the "Photo Requirements" section in the product details below.
Can I custom other pets, like rabbits?
Currently, our product is tailored for cats and dogs as it is based on existing mold designs. If you would like to customize it for other pets, please feel free to contact our customer service for further discussion
How to upload photos
It's very simple: On the product page, select the option to upload your images, choose your desired photo, and then proceed to add it to your cart or checkout directly. If you have specific ideas for cropping the photo, you can also contact us after placing your order via the chat button, email, or by adding our WhatsApp. Please include your order number, and our designer will coordinate the details with you.
